The Asheville One Stop Shop Hop is not just for Quilters. It will include various types of crafts.  Yarns for Knitting, Crochet, Rug Hooking, Felted Wool, Beads for Jewlery, and many others. Be sure to check back often to see the list and types of vendors grow!
The shop hop will be held at the Western North Carolina Agricultural Fairgrounds in Fletcher, NC which is opposite the Asheville Airport.  The airport is located on Airport Road which is exit 40 off I26.  The shop hop will be in the brand new Expo building.  There will be plenty of parking.  For those from out of town, there are many hotels and malls in the area.
Entry is at Gate 5 on Airport Rd.

 Up for a challenge?  Be sure to get your challenge fabric for the 2012 competition.

 

2012-There will be a mixed media mini quilt or wearable art contest.  First Prize is $300.00, Second Prize is $200.00 and Third Prize is $100.00.  Mixed media mini quilts are 18" X 18" maximum. Wearable art can be in the form of jackets, tote bags, jewelry, etc.  Entries need to be in by April 25th.   For more information, use the contact us page.

There will also be raffle baskets and door prizes.

Come out and help raise money for Elida Chilrens Home and the Backpack program of Henderson County.  Both provide aid to local children.
